我们之前介绍过一个叫My Screen Recorder的屏幕录像软件，使用起来很简便。今天我们介绍一个网页屏幕录像工具Screencast-o-Matic，名字很拗口，可是操作简单，功能也很强。

它需要在Java平台上运行，录像区域的大小可以选择全屏，或者另外其他3种选项。录制好的视频可以输出成.mov格式的文件（用QuickTime打开），也可以上传到网站上。o-Matic提供了可以嵌入视频的代码。下面是我录制的一段视频，算是简单的说明，大家可以看一下。

先播放一下下面这张图片吧。

喜欢吗？这是用PQ Talking Photo制作的，它有一款专门的软件，不过需要花费些银两；但是也提供一个体验版的免费的网页工具，所以我们都可以试一试。操作过程只需要3步。第1步，上传一张图片；第2步，把1-6这几个数字按照左图那样在面部摆放。第3部，选择talking photo本身提供的一些声音，点击发布（publish）就可以了。

如果你不愿意自己制作，也可以重新编辑talking photo本身提供的作品。那个加菲猫就很不错啊。

上面这个漫画就是用Comiqs制作的。喜欢comiqs，一是喜欢这种幻灯播放漫画的方式，这和我们介绍过的Toonlet这种传统漫画形式有很大区别；二是喜欢它的超级“顺滑”的制作工具。下图是操作界面，点击可以看大图。

左侧是可以添加的元素，包括图片、图标和特殊字体。图片可以上传，也可以从网络上直接抓取，comiqs本身还提供了一个图片库，不过很多图片打不开。

中间主体部分是操作间，任何元素都可以自由移动，缩放，页面可以调动前后顺序。完成之后可以预览，然后发布。Comiqs提供了可嵌入的html代码，因此可以把你的作品放到个人空间里。

在这里，还能看到别人制作的有趣的东西。不喜欢comiqs一点，不支持中文。

尽管有Picnik、Splashup这样优秀的在线图片编辑工具，但是和photoshop的强大功能比起来，在线工具还是逊色的多。不过FotoFlexer可与photoshop一较高下，它的最大特点是，可以让新手很快能够编辑出专业级的图片。先看看下面两张图片吧，第一张是原图，来自章子怡的官方网站（首页部分截图），第二张是我用FotoFlexer抠出的图像，去掉了背景上的颜色和文字。

效果还可以吧。FotoFlexer之所以容易上手、功能也够专业，主要得益于工具“智能化”。比如完成上图操作使用的工具叫“智能剪刀(smart scissor)”，两点之间曲线的走向会自动贴合人脸的轮廓，大体上比较准确，不准确的地方再确定一两个点，校正一下就可以了。

FotoFlexer有中文操作界面，很方便使用，但是缺少一些功能，比如上面说的智能剪刀，不过并无大碍。下面是操作界面的一个截图。

上图显示的工具大类有7个，包括图层、高级效果、扭曲、高级等等（总共有8类，图中缺少“基本”这一类）。每个大类下面又有很多的编辑工具。图中显示的“魔法变大小”、“局部换色”、“局部裁切”这3项，最能体现FotoFlexer的智能，可以看看演示(demo)感受一下。

不用安装庞大的photoshop，我很欣慰。试试吧。

(via Mashable!) Web-based image editing is all the rage, and FotoFlexer is looking to better compete in the rather crowded market. The company has just announced free, professional tools for its web-based image editing service, called FotoFlexer Pro.

This advancement means that FotoFlexer is looking to compete directly with the likes of PhotoShop Express and Picnik, while also hoping to become an all-out alternative to other tools like PhotoShop. Read more.

上图是一个iDesktop.tv提供的网页视频播放器，我喜欢它的直接原因是，它能够循环播放youtube视频，这对一个播放器来说不值得炫耀，但却是youtube本站不能做到的（或许像刚才所说，即将做到？）。

iDesktop.tv提供的是youtube视频的搜索和播放服务，如果你喜欢的话还可以下载，并保存成你喜欢的格式，比如mp4。见上图底下第一和第二个小图标。

观感方面，iDesktop比youtube本站要更舒服一些，似乎也更快，播放器可以选择在新窗口打开，尺寸可以随意调整。总之，用起来很舒服。
