这只带着眼镜的小花狗可是公司们获取意见的法宝哟。Swotti是一个用户意见搜索引擎，输入你的公司的产品的名字，这只小狗就会在各个网站、论坛、博客里闻来闻去，替你搜寻用户的意见。比如，试一下联想新推出的以薄为卖点的Lenovo X300。搜索结果见下图，点击看大图。

Swotti的可爱之处在于它把顾客的意见图表化了，明确的呈现在你眼前。结果还不错，76%的用户持肯定态度，嫌价格太贵的占到了11%。右侧是具体的文字意见，以及这些意见发布的网站。

Swotti也有很多不足之处，比如，它把“Dell Latitude X300”也算在联想的搜索结果里了，图中红框所示。另外，很明显，swotti原本是一个西班牙语网站，英语翻译还差很多，比如“price”目前写作“precio” 。

另一个很有用也很有趣的功能是产品之间的比较，见上图右上角的红框。比如想比较一下联想x300和苹果的Air，那么输入Macbook Air，点击comparar(compare)就行了。结果见下图，点击看大图。

仍然是那些可爱的让人一目了然的图表。由于lenovo x300刚刚推出，很多项目上还没有比较数据，但是对于价格的抱怨，联想都要更多一点。

总之，向联想这样的国际大公司，应该通过swotti多了解一下世界用户的看法。

如果你是一个美剧迷的话，大概总免不了在各个美剧论坛中搜索种子或者ftp地址，甚至于在剧集播出的当天就在论坛里守候。试试NowTorrents吧，一个bt种子搜索引擎，可以同时搜索Mininova、 Piratebay、 Monova、Newtorrents、Seedpeer等12个bt站点。比如搜索“英雄第2季（heros season 2）”，下图是部分结果的截图，点击看大图。

搜索结果中表明了文件大小、种子数、下载人数等，可以点击这些标签进行排序。当然，nowtorrents不只是可以用于搜索美剧了，比如搜索一下开源软件什么的。

免费音乐的大门真的敞开了，我们刚刚介绍完GlobalPandora、meemix，下载工具Free music zilla和Orbit downloader，今天再忙不迭的介绍两个极有特色的应用。一个是Songbeat。描述它非常容易，搜索音乐，收听音乐，下载音乐（如果你愿意的话）。Songbeat采用的是SeePod的搜索技术。使用songbeat需要下载并安装一个软件。我搜索了“let it be”这首歌，结果见下图。

我选择了其中的一首播放，如果下载的话也很简单，单击playing下面的dowload就可以了。

另一个要说的是Songza，这是一个音乐搜索引擎，可以在线播放，给朋友发mail告知，推或埋，加入播放列表，链接到youtube相关视频，当然还有最重要的功能，它提供了歌曲的Html代码，可以很方便的嵌入到网站或个人空间当中。

据Net Applications最新公布的2007年12月浏览器市场占有率报告显示，Opera的市场份额只有0.64%，甚至落后于已经被AOL宣布死掉的Netscape（0.66%）。见下图。

Opera给人的印象应该能够占到3%的市场份额。虽然这种统计的准确性也很难说，但是可以肯定的是，opera已经落后于去年才发布的safari，这个号称“世界上最快的浏览器”。一直确信自己才是世界最快的opera为什么不能拿出数据和safari比拼呢？按照这种趋势，不是opera和firefox、IE抢市场的问题，而是如何保证自己的市场不被safari进一步挤压。

同时发布的还有搜索引擎市场占有率分布情况。Ask.com只有可怜的1.38%。见下图。

在决定买一本书、看一场电影、听一张CD之前，我总会不由自主想听听朋友的意见，或者到网上看看相关评论。评论多如牛毛，其实我只想看最好的和最坏的两种。评论搜索引擎summize可以帮我找到。目前这个搜索引擎还只能对书、音乐、电影三个方面进行搜索。

Summize如何来标识好坏的程度呢？除了传统的5星等级评价之外，又创造了snip这种表现形式，即一条从红—黄—绿的色条。红色为最狠的负面评价，绿色为完全的激赏。看看大家对“The devil wears prada”的评论吧。

最左侧的彩条就是snip，看来大家对这部电影的反映还都不错。snip下面是评论的数量，包括有多少博客撰写，多少用户参与评论。这里会有一段文字摘要，这是最新的评论的一段引述。但是就像别的搜索引擎会出错一样，summize也会，第一条的博客文章就和我的搜索没什么关系。

点击标题或者右侧标着价钱的小图（有的题目右侧没有），会进入详细的评论列表，按时间顺序排列，点击标题会出现文章的全文。

点击那个带有价格的图标会进入该商品的亚马逊卖场。这是summize的收入来源之一。

Summize还有一个非常有特色的服务，那就是Trend，把当下最炙热的评论带到你的面前。这是歌迷、影迷、书迷和专业人士不能错过的地方。不仅如此，还在评论之下列出了这些博客上同时出现的其他评论。

类似的网站包括Metacritic和Rollyo。这两个网站有一个特点，就是可以具体针对一类产品进行搜索，比如搜索电视电影类，而summerize现在还没有这个功能，搜索结果里可能包括书、音乐、电影等各种类型。

Youlicit是一个雄心勃勃的搜索引擎，他的口号是“搜的少，得的多”。Youlicit称自己是一个“互联网内容推荐引擎”，为什么使用推荐二字呢？据youlicit自己说，是因为内容获取方式的根本不同。

youlicit的信息来源是多样的，宗旨是人们实际使用时感觉到的重要程度和兴趣程度，因此2.0网站这种所谓“用户过滤信息”的网站就成为youlicit搜索结果的主要来源，比如，一条链接在digg当中的推荐情况，或者在delicious当中的收录情况。

而google、yahoo等则是根据一条链接或者网站的外部链接有多少。当然，外部链接的多少也说明一些重要和喜好程度。

至少youlicit强调的理念是如此。因为搜索结果已经是别人推荐的结果，因此精确度更高，条数却要少很多。但是缺点也在这里，有很多条目是这种推荐的活动涉及不到的，因为推荐需要一定时间的积累，所以youlicit有很多搜索不到的条目，比如“Beckham+US” ，比如“Airtalkr”。

说了这么多了，看两个搜索实例吧，都比较简单。先搜索“webware”。点击看大图。

左侧的小手是说明相关的程度，点击一下就相当于digg里的推。然后我耍了个小聪明，我把“lifehacker”错写成“lifehaker”。结果仍然很好，说明对错字有纠错功能。这一点和google类似。点击看大图。
