城市之间的Google距离
上图（点击看大图）中地球上的一个个红点代表一个个城市，红点和红点之间的连线代表它们的Google距离，同样有近有远，有的甚至是无穷远。这个google距离是怎么计算出来的呢？左边绿框里的是google距离的计算公式，见下图。
A、B两城市之间的距离做的是除法，分子是A城的名字在google搜索中的数量，与B城的名字在google搜索中的数量之和。分母是搜索A和B的名字的数量，与搜索B和A名字的数量之和。可见如果两个城市共同出现在google搜索结果中的次数多，那么它们之间的google距离就短；如果两个城市压根儿就没在一起出现过，那它们之间的google距离就是无限远了。
当鼠标放到红点上时，会出现这个城市的名字在google上的搜索结果数量，图中显示的是北京。这个计算google距离的网站的链接在这里。
这个东东和我们介绍过的“纽约物语”有些相像，都是分析城市之间的信息沟通情况。
