Gickr是一个极简单的制作动态GIF图片的工具，图片来源分为3种：从电脑中上传，导入flickr图片和从youtube视频中获取。左图就是把一段youtube视频变成了gif图，只需要粘贴这个视频的地址，再选择图片尺寸和动态图片的张数就可以了。不过有些遗憾的是，转化youtube视频到gif不能选择速度，结果就像左图这样，太快了一些。从本地电脑上传或者从flickr导入图片都可以选择显示速度。

关于创建网络社区，我们介绍过Ning（还有它所谓的色*情*门），你可以创建一个社区，然后邀请朋友加入，大家可以在这里发文字，发图片和视频，讨论问题。刚刚进入公共测试的GROU.PS看起来也很不错，看它的名字是“小组”，实际上创建的也是一个社区，甚至可以说是一个网站了。下图是我刚创建的叫作Songdise的社区首页，大家看一下，点击看大图。
最上方是社区的名字和一串标签：home/my page/map/wiki等等。这些标签就是这个社区具有的功能，比如地图上显示访问者和成员的地理位置，创建大家可以协作编辑的wiki页面，创建论坛，在线聊天，导入图片，导入博客、链接等等。由于我没有导入博客和链接，所以图上没有这类标签。我只导入了flickr上的图片，所以有photo这个标签。
下面的各个模块就是对各种内容的显示了，比如在wiki页面我导入了两首歌的视频，“1234”和“斯卡布罗集市”。 点击“join this group”就可以加入这个社区了，有兴趣的朋友试试吧。总的感觉，这样一个社区非常适合好友之间，或者公益组织使用，当然也适合个人作全方位的展示。社区页面可以个性化设置哦。

中间这个小人儿就是我现在msn上用的头像了，他一手拿着胡萝卜，一手拿着DV和魔杖。这是我用WeeWorld做的头像，制作的过程和其他的个人形象设计没什么区别，选择性别，然后是脸型、头发、衣服、道具，都可以变换颜色。设计出的个人形象可以导出（export，图中红框所示），作为msn等聊天工具的头像，邮件的签名，手机的头像等等。
右图就是我把它用在msn上了，注意到有什么变化了吗？当我发了一个红心表情之后，我的头像也变成一个手捧头像的小傻瓜了。同样，如果是发了一张哇哇哭的表情，头像也会变成哭的表情。这就是weeworld头像的最好玩的地方了，头像会随着发的表情变。
个人形象导出的时候就进入msn的网站，注意要使用IE浏览器才能下载。当然，好玩的还不只这些，比如还可以把头像做成电子卡片寄给朋友们，

Audiko是我见过的最简单也最舒服的制作手机铃声的在线工具，上传一首你喜欢的歌（也可以给出歌曲链接），然后把要截取的片段找出来就行了。操作界面见下图。
歌曲按10秒一段划分，中间深色的是选择框，可以整体移动，头尾也可以拉长或缩短，这样找到最需要的歌曲段落就很容易。开头可以选择淡入（fade in），结尾可以选择淡出（fade out）。调整好之后，点击“create ringtone”就行了。
Audiko会要求填写歌曲的作者和歌名。填写提交后，会出现很多可选择的方式，见下图。
可以下载mp3格式和iPhone的M4R格式，或者直接用WAP链接下载，还可以把做好的铃声放到自己的空间中。

eDirectree提供的是一个简单而又丰富的创造wiki群组的功能，不像一般的社群网站小组只能发言、发照片那么枯燥，也不用像Ning那样搞得那么专业。它非常适合一个家庭、一个公司（部门）、一个班级旅游回来之后，一块把发图片、发视频、美好回忆一通。
创建小组很简单，提交一张照片，最好是合影，这时eDirectree提供了一个很出色的功能，你可以任意截取一个人的头像（见左图），然后填上他的名字，他就自动成为这个小组的成员了，这张截图也就是他默认的头像。然后给小组起个名字，就创建好了。

线上的幻灯片、电子相册的制作工具已经很多了，但是我还是想说一下Viewbook，用它做这些事情感觉非常快速、敏捷。
简单的注册后，你拥有了一个Viewbook的次级域名。开始吧，首先给自己的相册或者幻灯片起个名字，然后上传图片，可以批量添加。每张图片都可以重新命名和描述。照片上传完毕后，可以个性化设置是否需要显示缩略图以及缩略图的位置，选择相册或者幻灯片的背景颜色等等。预览觉得满意后，保存就完成了。

Sim Web 2.0 Company 是一个简单的kill time的小游戏，可是如果你真想自己经营一家网站，还是去玩玩吧，先虚拟的品尝一下创业的艰辛。
首先你得给公司起个名字，不过游戏还不能随便填写，只能让系统生成。
紧跟着你会看到一篇新闻报道，你拿到了一百万美元的投资。并且谈了你对网站的期望。
然后才步入到正题，你要招聘人，要决定推出的内容模块，要推广网站，这不是花了钱就能办好的事，你会碰到意想不到的心酸。
看看我做了CPM的广告，没有效果，还损失了1万块。（我试了两次，CPM的效果都不好）

Opera不仅适合个人，也适合一些非营利组织来创建自己的平台。好了，就说到这儿了，Ning是一个好名字。
