Apture是进入4月以来最让我兴奋的网站工具，它是提供快照，看上去就像这个网站上无所不在的snapshot一样。但是，apture和snapshot有着本质的不同，它不是简单的提供个快照，然后链接过去了事；而是让读者不用离开网站，就能看到链接的内容，并且即使点击快照中的链接也不会离开网站。有点抽象？看看下图吧，点击看大图。

这是前两天的一篇“灵异”文章，居然在20000光年的地方发现了火狐的Logo。大家可以注意以下，文中有两个链接（蓝圈所示）前面多了维基百科的标志，当鼠标滑过时，就会弹出这个窗口，讲得是关于这颗星星的故事。窗口中还有很多链接，点击它们就会在旁边再打开一个窗口，总之，既让你可以看到内容，又不会离开这个网页。（更新：1. Apture来信通知说出现了一些故障，故本站里的apture暂不可用；2. 问题已修复）

Apture drags online news experience into the 21st century

(via venturebeat) …Apture provides some of the best implementation of these ideas. If a reader sees a term in an article that they want to learn more about, and additional content has been enabled through Apture, they can click on that phrase, and a small window will open with the new content. For example, if a political figure you don’t know much about is mentioned in an article, you can click on their name and it might bring up the Wikipedia article; you might also be able to open additional windows showing a photo or a video of their latest public appearance. “好上加好”，这词怎么听着像所谓亲戚或世交之间为儿女包办婚姻啊，这里只是借用一下，说的是为自己喜欢的视频再添加一些有趣的内容，这就是Asterpix做的事。先看看下面这段视频吧(opera用户如果看不到，请点击这里查看)。

这段视频中总共加了4条内容，每当佟大为的头上出现一个方框的时候，鼠标滑过，就会显示添加的内容，点击链接就会在新窗口中打开，视频还是在原窗口打开，这一点不太方便。

为视频添加内容很简单，首先通过asterpix的搜索框搜索一段youtube视频，然后点击“add note”，在某个人物的头上画个圈（还有别的形状，在style里），再加上链接、说明、标签就可以了。asterpix的智能之处在于划定区域可以自动跟踪人物，当然，位置还不是那么准确。每段添加的内容下面还会自动出现相关内容的youtube视频图标，可以随时观看。

添加过的内容还可以进行修改（当添加内容出现后，点击空白处，会看到edit），比如上面说到的链接、说明、标签，还有划定区域出现的时间，或者干脆删除。见下图。

添加好内容的视频，可以拿给朋友分享，或者贴到自己的空间里。Asterpix和我们讲过的overlay.tv有些相像，不过后者偏重于广告方面。

Asterpix Video Hotspots Now Generated Automatically

(via Techcrunch) Asterpix is a company working on technology that adds so-called hotspots to video. These hotspots, which look like dash-bordered boxes, hover over particular objects in a video and can be triggered to show popup information when you place your cursor over them. The popup information has relevance to the object under consideration and consist of things like a description, related links, related videos, and theoretically advertisements. Read more.
