今天（21日）是2008年最快乐的一天！哦，可不是我有什么开心的而这样说，而是一位叫 Cliff Arnall的威尔士心理学家计算出来的。计算出来的？对，有公式如下：
The Happiest Day= O + (N xS) + Cpm/T + He
O代表在室外或者室外活动（outdoors and outdoor activity）；N代表与大自然的联系（connection with nature），现在正是开花时节；S代表了和朋友及邻居的社会关系（socialisation with neighbours and friends）； Cpm是童年的快活的记忆（childhood positive memories）；T是温度（temperature），现在正是温暖的时候（看来他没有考虑南半球）；He是对假期的盼望（holiday expected）。
他的这项研究成果得到了和路雪（Wall’s）的支持，没错，就是那个卖冰激凌的和路雪。
有道理吗？管它呢，快乐就好。他还计算了一年中最忧郁的一天，不过那天已经在不知不觉中过去了，是1月底。
