Babuki：能Hi吗？
好吧，我承认，昨天和今天说百度Hi说的有点神志不清了。在以前介绍很好很强大的Digsby的时候，我说过IM+SNS+email在一个客户端中出现是一个趋势，即又能和msn上的朋友聊天，又能和社群网站上的朋友聊天，信箱里收到了信也不用换到网页或者Outlook上去查看。Babuki这个新的综合客户端也是这个趋势的体现，和digsby不同的是，它是一个网页平台，同时也有一个基于adobe air的桌面软件，用起来很轻巧。下面是它的网页平台的样子。
Babuki默认以facebook帐户登录，登录后可以添加msn、雅虎messenger、AIM、Myspace等等联系人信息。注意顶端的SMS和Mail两个按钮，bakuki的计划中有通过它的facebook页面给联系人发短信和管理邮件的服务，不过现在开来还没有开通。（最下方的第二个按钮指向一个很奇怪的链接）
为什么题目中用了个问号呢？一是因为babuki的服务还很不健全，二是facebook很快就要推出自己的聊天工具了，留给bakuki的时间不多。

On Eve of Facebook Chat, Babuki Takes a Chance
(via techcrunch) When Facebook rolls out its chat application (”Facebook Chat”) sometime this week, users are going to see an instant messaging bar at the bottom of their screen wherever they go on the site. And they won’t even have to install that bar; it will be put there automatically for everyone. That’s the power of complete and instantaneous distribution possessed by Facebook alone, and it’s what made us declare all 3rd party IM apps on Facebook as “basically dead”. …but a newly launched service called Babuki IM still thinks it has a chance to become the preferred IM client on Facebook.
