股市看淡雅虎第一季度财报
雅虎今天公布了第一季度财务报告，虽然与google的收入、利润的大规模增长无法相比，但是还好：今年第一季度，雅虎收入为18.18亿美元，比去年同期的16.72亿美元增长了9%；雅虎净利润为5.42亿美元，比去年同期的1.42亿美元有了较大增长，包括阿里巴巴首次公开募股相关的4.01亿美元的非现金所得收益在内。更详细的各项数字请看这里。

凭着这种股价表现，雅虎不足以拒绝微软的收购大单。也许微软考虑到双方这么长时间的拉锯和雅虎毕竟上涨的财务状况，会增加几美元的单只股票的收购价格。
