据VentureBeat报道，2007年7月间，Google参与了康盛创想（Comsenz）第二轮融资，共投资约100万美元，而这则投资消息来源并非出自双方之口，而是在google向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的管理文档（regulatory filing）中发现的。下面是该文档的涉及这笔投资的部分。具体可以看这里，第39页。

红杉资本中国基金自首轮投资后，本轮再次注资康盛创想，目前已占有该公司超过10%的股份。迈克尔莫里茨（Michael Moritz）是红杉资本中国基金的合伙人之一，他也是google前董事会成员，2007年5月离开google董事会。

Google在中国搜索市场上一直不能翻身，因此借助资本的力量与门户网站（新浪）和社区网站（天涯）进行合作，向大规模的用户推广google的产品。与新浪和天涯合作的轰轰烈烈相比，google对康盛创想的投资显得偷偷摸摸。

康盛创想目前的主要产品还是它的论坛disquz平台，不过它的新产品Ucenter Home却是一款社群网站平台软件。

Google向美国证券交易委员会提交了2007年的年度财报。一下是ZDnet整理的图表和所作的一些分析，让我们可以直观的看到财报中的几个重要方面。

1. 收入超过165亿美元，比上一财年增加超过56%。

超过106亿的收入来自Google自有网站的广告，包括搜索页的竞价广告、Gmail广告等等。超过57亿的收入来自Adsense广告。

美国占到总收入来源的52%，其他地区占到48%。

2. 成本

研发成本超过21亿美元，较去年增长72%。

总成本超过115亿美元。

其中IT资产投入超过27亿美元。

增长最快的是可疑帐户余额（Doubtful accounts balance）数量为3280万美元，比上一年几乎翻了一番。不过，帐户里多出很多钱，总比有大量不明来源的债务要好得多。

观看这些报表中的历年数字，是对google成长史的一种回顾。另外，对财报中各个小项的分析也能得出很多有意思的结论。比如Mr.6先生关注了Adsense广告收入在总收入中的比例一直呈下降的趋势，这一方面是市场激烈竞争的结果，另外也是google控制无效点击的一个反映。

美国证券交易委员会为投资者推出了一个新的参考服务——查看和比较世界500强公司高管们的年薪。输入公司名称或者证券代码，点击查询，就会得到一行公司总体情况概述。再点击下面的“显示薪金资料”，就会看到公司CEO、CFO和其他高管在2006财年的薪水状况。比如搜索goolge，见下图：

默认的搜索结果以表格来显示，但是我偏爱图表（点击看大图）：

这个服务另外一项重要的功能就是比较两个公司高管之间的收入。在右上角的框里填入另外一个公司的名字或者证券代号，点击“添加”就可以进行比较了。比如添加yahoo，只看CEO和CFO的收入，结果如下（点击看大图）：

雅虎高管的收入比google的高太多了，或许google的高管还有其他的收入渠道进行补偿吧。

如果不输入任何信息直接搜索的话，就会看到所有500强公司高管的收入，但是现有的资料还没有完全覆盖所有的500强企业。

The Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) launched a new service to give investors an easier way to compare executive compensation at 500 U.S. companies with an online, interactive tool.

This interactive tool is designed to illustrate some of the ways that interactive data can improve the quality and usability of executive compensation disclosure. It relies on interactive data tags that were applied by the Commission to the summary executive compensation disclosure in the public filings of 500 large companies for 2006.

Just fill in the company’s name or ticker symbol, you can get an brief information about the company. Click on the button “display compensation data”, you’ll see the income number of CEO,CFO and other executives.

To compare compensation of two companies’ executives are very easy, just adding another company’s name or ticker symbol.The result is displayed in excel by default, you can also see it in chart.
