前段时间我们介绍了简直可以下载一切流媒体的Orbit Dowloader，我一度认为它是无与伦比的。事实上，我错了，这个世界上，或者至少在互联网世界里，没有什么是独一无二的。至少，Free Music Zilla和Orbit Dowloader一样好。尽管zilla只介绍了针对last.fm、imeem等9个站点的下载方法，但实际上它可以做到更多，比如下载youtube视频。下图是两个软件正在从imeem下载歌曲。

尽管一样好，但还是有些不同。在使用IE浏览器时最好用orbit，因为它在软件不启动的情况下，会自动出现一个提示下载的小图标，点击就可以直接下载。对于Firefox和opera来说，用zilla可能更好一点，因为一般只要刷新一次页面，它就会抓住文件，而orbit则可能要刷上几回，特别是对opera的支持更差。

It supports last.fm, imeem, pandora,myspace,etc, but actually it can do more such as downloading youtube video just like orbit.

If IE is your most used browser, then orbit may be more appropriate for you, because even when the app doesn’t run, it’ll also show a litte icon remind you to download, then just click the icon, here you go. But if Firefox or opera is your favorite browser, then zilla may be a little bit better, because usually only refreshing the page once, it will grab the file, but orbit sometimes need more refresh.

拥有最新版的快车（Flashget）和Realone player的朋友都知道他们有一个共同的功能，下载网页当中的流媒体文件，比如音频，比如视频。但是这两款软件的技术显然还不成熟，下载下来的文件经常不能播放。

在其他站点下载音频和视频也是如此简单。说到这里就会遇到一个怎么绕也绕不开的话题——版权。是啊，版权，一个受到新技术越来越多挑战的名词，它的背后是一个是一个庞大的音像录制产业，版权保护了厂商和个人的利益，有的时候甚至是暴利。而新技术就像一把无形的手一样把这个产业的价格拉回到它本身的价值上来，这是一个回归价值的过程，也是一个利润骤降的过程。

新技术是不会被一个产业或者一些人的愿望消灭的，人们能做的只是尽量利用它的好处，而降低它的魔鬼一面。就像核能一样，只能让它更多的发电，而不是制作原子弹。
