上图是一个叫SoftMail的巴西网站所用的邮件订阅表格。文字看不懂，不管它。一个信封图标非常显眼，简单的三个小白框需要填写，最后一个锯齿形的确认图标很可爱。再看看下图这种便签纸的风格，来自一个叫pointofe的网站，是一个联系用的表格。
