CrowdChess，一个非常有趣的网站，就像它的名字一样，群体+（国际）象棋。在这里下棋的都是普通的网友，但是并不是个人对个人，而是群体对群体。每个人都可以提出下一步应该怎么走，得票多的建议被执行。现在它正在办一场特殊的比赛，白棋是用户一方，黑棋则是英国、也是世界上最年轻的国际象棋大师Gawain Jones。

双方各有12小时的考虑时间，以太平洋标准时间（PST）早上7点到晚上7点为准。用户一方仍然是采用民主投票的方式来决定下一步该走什么。先赢3局者为最后的胜利者。快去支招和提建议吧。这盘棋还提供了RSS订阅，可以随时关注局势进展。

群体智慧挑战大师的比赛曾在1999年进行过，当时是由MSN Gaming Zone主办，对阵双方是用户和卡斯帕罗夫，也就是那位曾经战胜过深蓝，而最终被最深的蓝击败的当代最负盛名的国际象棋大师。1999年那盘棋总共只走了62步，老卡胜。

VidyUp是一个简单、有趣、有用的服务，它提供了一个widget，把这个widget嵌入到你的博客里，就可以用它把视频上传到youtube啦。下图是它的操作界面。

主要就是一个个性化widget的过程，选择主体（body）、边框（border）、文字（text）、链接（links）和背景（background）的颜色。点击颜色的小方块会出现一个调色板，选一种颜色，右侧示例的widget就会相应改变颜色，直到你满意为止。

然后是一个简单的注册，填好email和密码就行了。上传视频需要一段时间，完成后，vidyup会发信通知，并把视频的嵌入代码附在信里。

这个widget除了自己用之外，更大的用处还在于可以在自己的博客上轻松的举办一个视频活动，单独注册一个youtube帐户和一个vidyup，大家就可以在你的网站上上传视频，这些视频都被自动存放在一个youtube帐户里。特别适合以视频为主的中小站点办活动用。

Magnify’s VidyUp Uploads to YouTube, with a Widget 

(via mashable) …Today, Magnify’s use of the YouTube API is a slight departure from Magnify’s central service, but will be incorporated more deeply, later on down the line. Magnify’s actually launching a standalone service called VidyUp, which enables website owners to allow their members to upload videos via a widget placed on their site. The video goes to YouTube, where it’s hosted, and becomes available through your website, in a custom skinned VidyUp player. Read more.

当youtube获得成功以后，各种专业的tube就雨后的大竹笋一样钻出来了，比如godtube。Dancejam是一个舞者的tube，大家把自己跳舞的视频传上来，互相看看，打打分，发表发表评论。

这些都是tube们的基本功能，而我最喜欢dancejam的“battles”——飙舞。两个舞者（团），分别演绎，你来选择谁更酷。哦，伟大的PK！
