全球CPC点击欺诈率下降了一点点

我们曾连续报道了ClickForensics公司发布的全球CPC点击欺诈报告,继07年第三季度第四季度的报告之后,08年第一季度报告也出炉了。可喜的是,无论是全行业还是google/yahoo的广告联盟,点击欺诈比07年第4季度都下降了一点点。请看下图。

全行业点击欺诈从上一季度的16.6%下降到了16.3%,两大广告联盟的点击欺诈从上一季度的28.3%下降到了27.8%。就全世界范围来看,原来的点击欺诈“强国”德国、法国、印度等等都出现了回落的情况,排在前三位的国家是摩洛哥(3.1%.),加纳(3.1%)和新加勒多尼亚(2.4%,在哪儿?)。

Click Fraud Index-08 Q1

  • The overall industry average click fraud rate was 16.3 percent for Q1 2008. That’s down slightly from the 16.6 percent rate reported for Q4 2007 and up from the 14.8 percent click fraud rate reported for Q1 2007.
  • The average click fraud rate of PPC advertisements appearing on search engine content networks, including Google AdSense and the Yahoo Publisher Network, was 27.8 percent. That’s down from the 28.3 percent rate reported for Q4 2007 and up from the 21.9 percent average click fraud rate reported for Q1 2007.

微软是否已经放弃Live Space?

尼尔森(Neilson)咨询公司公布了3月美国前20位社群网站排行榜,Myspace和Facebook继续以独立访问数和平均使用时间双双正向增长的成绩排名前两位。而微软的Live Space仍然呈现双负增长的趋势,独立访问数同比下降了13%,平均使用时间同比下降了38%。再来看看live space2月的表现,同比下降的数字分别为15%和41%。live space在排行榜中的位置也由第四位下降到第五位。

对比live space自去年9月开始的一路衰退的表现,实在让人怀疑微软是否要放弃它,长达7个月的负增长太可怕了。下面这个文档是3月和2月20家社群网站的具体排行和数据。
