烽火连三月,家书抵万金
战地家书也许是这个世界上最能感动人的东西之一,生死之际,相互牵挂。
59岁的Bill Lamin是一位老师,他发现了自己的祖父Harry在第一次世界大战期间寄给家人的信,他建立了自己的博客“一个英国士兵的经历”(国内此链接需代理),这些信件一封一封的出现在这个博客里,就像90年前一封一封寄出时一样。没有人知道最终的命运如何,一如当时写信的这个人自己。读这些信,就像读一颗年轻的心,和那些爱,是永恒。

Letters from the front line
Bill Lamin, the 59-year-old teacher who found his grandfather’s letters from the front line of the world war one, establishe a blog named “WW1:Experiences of an English Soldier” to post those letters online. The post timestamp is just the date 90 years ago. See the first picture above, it’s a letter posted on 30 December 1917 to his wife.
