Mozzila开启网页内问答服务，未来或融入浏览器
Mozzila昨天开启了网页内问答服务——“Firefox live chat”。这个服务目前是帮助firefox用户更好、更快的解决使用当中存在的问题，解决这些问题在此以前主要是到论坛或者知识库中寻找答案。
Live chat目前很处于很初级的测试阶段，每天开放的时间和时长都不固定。尽管这项服务目前还停留在问答阶段，但是联想到去年Mozzila推出的Coop和Weave构想，不得不让人推测这是Mozilla的有一个大举动的序曲——通过firefox聊天，取代现有的IM产品。
我和一位live chat supporter（非mozilla职员）聊了几句，我问是否有将live chat拓展到firefox浏览器，并具有IM的功能。他说“现在还没有将聊天平台扩展的计划。但是这种情况可能会改变”。
Mozzila的目标是成为一个2.0帝国（Opera也是如此），它绝对不会放过IM这个大的市场。
PS：Firefox live chat采用的是Jive software公司的技术，这家公司是专业的聊天软件制造商。
Firefox live chat launched, someday IM in browser?
Mozilla officially launched Live Chat support to users of Firefox yesterday. Users who can’t find their answer in the knowledge base or the forum can now get real time help troubleshooting their issues with more skilled Firefox users.
This is maybe another stealth step of the dream of the browser web2.0 kingdom of mozilla, just like coop and weave they launched last year.
The live chat platform maybe expanded to firefox brower allowing all the user to chat just in the browser. See the pic above, an interesting Q&A.
The platform is powered by Jive software, which is a professional IM client producer.
