73.2%的美国人不知Google Docs为何物
NPD公司针对600名电脑用户进行的调查显示，73.2%的美国人从未听说过google docs, zoho等在线办公服务，20.8%的人听说过，可是从未尝试过。听说过且尝试过的人只占被调查者的6%。
事实如此残酷。科技博客密切关注在线办公服务的每一点变化，并不遗余力的吹捧，但是……。虽然可以说600人的样本太少了，不足以构成调查的证据；虽然可以说样本遗漏了大量的Mac和Linux用户；虽然可以说改变用户习惯是多么困难；虽然可以说很多人都没有宽带。但是，这个数字实在也是太少了。
当然，从另一方面讲，这对各家在线服务商都是一块很大的蛋糕，特别是望google背兴叹的服务商大可不必，因为只要在94%的人群中取得大的突破，现有的市场格局就会被轻易打破。

Online office suite is still far away from success according to the NPD’s investigation result, only 0.6% of people has tried online office such as google docs andzoho.
The sample of investigation is only 600 american PC users.It’s too low to be as a proof. And so many reasons we can say that have prevented people to use the online docs,but the percentage is still too low.
