Surfwax是一个提供多种垂直搜索的搜索引擎，包括Feeds搜索，博客搜索，电影搜索，购物搜索，图书馆搜索等等。它在主页上的搜索实际上是一种对其他搜索引擎搜索结果的再搜索，包括MSN,HotBot,Yahoo news,CNN等等。

这些垂直搜索总的来说没有很多新意，倒是“搜索结果预先提示”这一项真的可以节省不少时间。比如我想买一个mp3，在购物搜索里键入m-p-3，会出现一个下拉条，提示搜索结果，见下图，点击看大图：

类似的功能google.cn具有，比如同样搜索mp3，会在下拉条中提示10项你可能要的搜索结果。但是在“google.com in english”里还没有这种服务。

“browse before seaching” is a cool featrue that could save your time.(see the pic above)

Google.cn has a similar ability, but “google.com in english” doesn’t see it.
